These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to the purchase of products and services from Dropship Print. By accessing this website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.Eligibility and Australian sales scope
We supply products for delivery within Australia only. All orders placed through this website are intended for the Australian market.Product nature
Our products are custom made, print-on-demand, and produced using the specifications and artwork submitted or approved at the time of order.By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:- all details provided by you are complete and correct
- all artwork has been reviewed and approved by you before production
- custom products may not be cancelled once production has commenced, except where required by law
Customer artwork and file responsibility
You are solely responsible for all artwork, text, designs, logos, images, and other content supplied in connection with your order.You warrant that:- you own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, all supplied content
- your supplied content does not infringe the rights of any third party
- all files are accurate, suitable for production, and free from errors
- spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors in supplied artwork
- low-resolution, low-quality, or unsuitable files
- design, layout, alignment, or formatting issues present in supplied files
- colour differences between on-screen previews and final printed output
- customer-approved proofs or instructions that later prove undesirable
Where a proof or preview is provided, production will proceed based on the approved version. Approval confirms that all aspects of the design are correct and accepted.
Colour, finish, and production variation
You acknowledge that minor variations may occur in colour, finish, texture, placement, trimming, scale, alignment, and overall appearance due to the custom printing process, manufacturing tolerances, substrate differences, and screen-to-print variation.These minor variations are not defects where the product remains materially consistent with the order placed and fit for its intended purpose.Pricing and orders
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse orders, or cancel orders where there has been an obvious error, including typographical, system, or pricing errors.An order is not accepted until payment has been received and we have commenced processing or confirmed acceptance.Production and delivery estimates
Any production times, dispatch estimates, and delivery timeframes provided by us are estimates only.We do not guarantee turnaround times or delivery dates, and delays do not entitle you to cancel an order, reject goods, or claim compensation, except where required by law.We are not liable for delay caused by courier networks, suppliers, peak periods, production congestion, force majeure events, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.Inspection and claims
You must inspect products promptly upon delivery.Any claim for goods said to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not in accordance with the order must be submitted within 48 hours of recorded delivery and supported by clear evidence, including photographs where relevant.Failure to notify us promptly may limit the remedies available to the extent permitted by law.Returns, refunds, and remedies
Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law.If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, remedies will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.Business customers and resale
Where you purchase products for resale, fulfilment, or supply to third parties, you acknowledge and agree that:- you are responsible for your own product listings, descriptions, marketing claims, and representations
- you are responsible for ensuring your customers receive accurate information about the products
- we are not liable for losses, complaints, or claims arising from any representation made by you beyond our own written terms and statutory obligations
Intellectual property and indemnity for supplied content
You retain responsibility for all supplied content and indemnify us against any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense arising from any allegation that supplied content infringes the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights of any person.Website use
You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract data from the site without our prior written consent.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to the Australian Consumer Law:- our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied by us is limited to, at our option, the repair of the goods, replacement of the goods, or payment of the cost of repairing or replacing the goods
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss
- we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any third-party claim arising from your resale activities or business operations
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay arises from events beyond our reasonable control, including supply interruptions, machinery breakdown, industrial action, transport disruption, natural disasters, power outages, government action, cyber incidents, or telecommunications failure.Governing law
